Training & Activities

Given the current Coronavirus or COVID 19 situation we are suspending all of our weekly exercise classes, monthly support groups and Advice Surgeries. Staff and volunteer befrienders will not be making home visits until further notice.

It is with regret that we have made this decision but feel it is a sensible approach to help protect all of our service users. We will regularly review this decision and let you know when we are ready to resume normal activities again. Please do not attend
