Who is a carer?

A carer is a person who provides unpaid care and support to someone who is ill, disabled, frail or elderly.
To Register or Make a Referral

You can register yourself as a carer or any professional can make a referral to access our service.
Young Adult Carers (YAC)

We offer one to one information, advice and support to young adult carers, whether you need advice on care packages, benefits, employment, education, training, volunteering and housing or just want someone to talk to!

Carers are a lifeline and we care about you. Looking after your health as a carer is important.
Advice Surgery & Community Support

Our experienced Community Support Team are available for advice, information, signposting and referrals.
Dementia Carers

Our Dementia Carers Service provides specialist advice, information and access to peer support and activities.
