Giving

As a registered charity, we rely on donations to help run our services. Donations give us extra funds and bring ‘added value’ to the money we raise through our fundraising efforts from statutory bodies, like the London Borough of Redbridge and Charitable Trusts. We need the support of the whole community to continue to provide the support we do and meeting ever-growing demands for carer support.

Why give to us?

Since 1994, we have been a carer-led organisation, listening and responding to carers needs. We are here to support carers whatever they have to cope with in their caring role.

We know that due to the challenges and pressure of caring, many carers suffer poor physical and mental health. A recent Carers UK survey found:

81% said they have felt lonely or socially isolated as a result of caring

61% said their physical health has worsened as a result of caring

72% said they have experienced mental ill health
