Keeping everyone safe during Covid19 is very important. We are now able to provide face to face appointments and telephone advice and support provided by one of our support workers. Our team can provide advice and information on carers rights, welfare benefits and accessing support services. We can also make referrals. All our advice and information is provided confidentially.

Our community support team are still running monthly support groups on various time of the month in the community. Join one of the following groups for peer support and to meet other carers.

• First Friday of every month, 1:30pm till 3:30pm, contact Sylvia Williams 020 8418 9895.
• Third Wednesday of every month, 10:00am till 12:00 noon, contact Jahan McCready 020 8590 1236.
