We run Advice Surgery on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 3 pm. We provide face to face appointments and telephone advice with our Community Support Officers. Our team can provide advice and information on carers rights, welfare benefits and accessing support services. We can also signpost and refer to other community services. All of our advice and information is provided confidentially.

Our Community Support Officers run monthly support groups on various time of the month in the community. Join one of the following groups for peer support and to meet other carers.

• Barkingside Support Group - First Friday of every month at Fullwell Cross Library from 1:30pm to 3:30pm
• Ilford Support Group - Third Wednesday of every month at the Best Western on Cranbrook Road from 10:00am to 12:00 pm.
