Our History

Redbridge Carers Support Service was founded by a handful of local carers in 1994.

Early Office

In 2011 we had a royal visit from Her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal.

Following that, we had another royal visit, this time from Her Majesty the Queen, to open The Valentine's Diamond Jubilee Dry Garden.

Golden Jubilee Award

RCSS was awarded the Queen's Golden Jubilee Award for Voluntary Service in 2013.

We celebrated 20th Anniversary with a special lunch at Central Library, Gloucester and York rooms.

We proudly celebrated our 30th Anniversary with the community, marking three decades of supporting carers in Redbridge.
