With the current Coronavirus outbreak we appreciate these are very difficult times for everyone, especially carers and their families.  In line with Government advice we have made the difficult decision to close our office and suspend our groups and activities.  You can still contact us via telephone (leave a message and we will get back to you), email: [email protected] or using the contact us link on our website.  Our team are doing their best to carry out welfare checks and provide advice and support.  You should still contact Redbridge Council as normal for an assessment if you or the person you care for need extra support. Remember to wash hands frequently, limit close contact with others and take care

Given the current Coronavirus or COVID 19 situation we are suspending all of our weekly exercise classes, monthly support groups and Advice Surgeries. Staff and volunteer befrienders will not be making home visits until further notice.

It is with regret that we have made this decision but feel it is a sensible approach to help protect all of our service users. We will regularly review this decision and let you know when we are ready to resume normal activities again. Please do not attend any of our activities or groups until you hear from us.
