    The Emotional and Mental Wellbeing Project offers short-term remote counselling and coaching services to young adult carers in Redbridge. The project aims to provide in-depth support to young adult carers during the coronavirus pandemic.

    Young Adult Carers (YAC)

    We offer general advice and individual support to young adult carers (YAC) aged 16-30. You will have an opportunity to meet other YACs at the monthly support group and at different activities e.g. creative activities, day trips. We also run self development courses such as employability skills, budgeting and confidence building.
