In order to help reduce cost and our carbon footprint, we have put our newsletters on our website. You can also subscribe to our e-newsletter, instead of getting it in the post. All you have to do is e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  with the subject “E-newsletter please” and we will ensure that you receive future issues of the newsletter by e-mail.

If just 50 people sign up to our e-Newsletter (instead of receiving it in the post) we would save nearly £300 per year, money that we can then use for other services. For example:

• £10 Buys an hour of Respite/Sitting service for our carers to have a break
• £20 pays for training one RCSS Volunteer
• £30 Pays for 2 hours of training activities
• £30 Pays for 45 minutes of pampering or complementary therapy
